Because we did not stop for death,
He needed to stop for us
Brining it upon himself to sing a tragic chorus
Cursing some to bore at home while others breathe their last
 Cries of sadness all around, this virus is spreading fast
Such unusual times;
Our Country is in Chaos, our economy crashing
If you’re not careful, Corona you’re catching
Such unusual times;
So many jobless, helpless with nowhere to go
Fear spreading like wildfire, when this all will end? no one can know
 Our physicians like soldiers, facing this all alone
“What can we do to help?” We ask. They say “just stay at home” 
Such unusual times;
Panic and regret, all around with no shame
feelings of worry falling like rain
Corona & Covid, it has more than one name
Can’t get a hold of myself and there’s no one to blame
Such unusual times.
